October 28th, 2011 by richardWe live in Kensington, and our basement drain started to backup after running a load of laundry. The worst thing was the horrible smell. We called Emergency Plumbing & Drains after our neighbors told us about this guys. They came within an hour, and was very professional and efficient and what we liked best about they was they took the time to explain all the different options we had. We ended up going with a pipe replacement and the guys who did the work were great! Helped us relocate plants, finished the job quickly, and cleaned up so well that you would of never of guessed that we had a 7ft trench in our front garden. We would definitely call them again, if needed, and we will tell to my others neighbors too.
