We called them first time to install new pipes, faucet, shut off valves, and drain pipes for my kitchen reno. It was excellent service right from the start, from the first phone call, to the confirmation, to the day before reminder and finally to the attendance. Most professional company we have ever dealt with. Their plumber arrived and immediately stated what he was going to do and use for the job. After the quote he went through every little detail.
